Before I visited Bali, I was thinking Bali is a small island and I can spend few days to visit all its famous attractions but I was wrong, Bali Island is very big; its area is bigger than some small countries! This is the map of Bali Island.

Here are some useful and very informative maps that I referred before I visited Bali. I found the map with streets names complete with the location of resorts and hotels, restaurants and attractions etc are very useful for tourist because it gives me a rough idea where to go.

Some of the Bali maps from this post were drew and contributed by tourists after visiting Bali. However, these maps just covered some of the major areas in Bali, mainly for tourist information.

I personally love Kuta/Legiian because I love shopping. You can spend your day in Kuta and Legian by walking around in the town because there are many shops and restaurants along the streets; in fact you don’t need a transport in Kuta and Legian, and you will miss a lot of nice shops if you don’t visit the shops door by door.
