In Bali, the exchange rates offered by the money changers are generally better than the banks. The business hour of money changers is longer than bank and its transactions are faster. You can easily find a money changer but I didn’t notice any bank during my visit to Bali.

Some money changers who offer better rates might charge a small commission; so ask whether any commission imposed before the exchange.
